1.Overview
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2.Product
The Service delivers AI-assisted trading overseen by an experienced trader. Automation supports signal detection and risk management; a human supervises strategy and execution.
3.Eligibility & KYC
You must have legal capacity and ensure that using the Service is permitted in your jurisdiction. KYC is not required—activities are conducted on-chain via wallets; we do not request ID documents for normal use.
4.Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or security reasons.
5.Investment cycles & snapshots
The fund operates in cycles. At cycle start we create a snapshot recording each participant’s initial investment for that cycle. At cycle end we compute the fund’s total value and allocate profit proportionally to each user’s initial share.
6.Auto-Reinvest
If enabled, your full final balance (principal + profit) is automatically re-deposited into the next cycle. If disabled, your full final balance is paid out to your app wallet at cycle close.
7.Withdrawals
- Idle Withdraw — instant from idle funds not in an active cycle (subject to liquidity).
- Cycle-Aware Request — submitted during a cycle, processed immediately after that cycle closes. While you wait, funds remain invested and may go up or down.
8.Forfeited profit
In specific cases (e.g., policy violations, fraud, unsupported early exits), the cycle’s unconfirmed profit may be marked as forfeited. Forfeiture never reduces your contributed principal.
9.Fees
Network, execution, and/or management fees may apply. Any fee schedules will be disclosed in the dashboard or documentation.

11.Prohibited use
Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, abuse infrastructure, or attempt to bypass security. We may block or report such activity.
12.Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via the dashboard or official channels.
