We provide an AI-assisted trading platform where models analyze markets and a veteran human trader supervises strategy, risk, and execution. In this document, “we”, “us”, or “the Service” refers to this platform.
2.Data we collect
- Account & contact. Email and basic profile to authenticate and contact you.
- Wallets. Investment and withdrawal wallet addresses to allocate profits and process withdrawals.
- Financial records. Deposits, snapshots, allocations, withdrawals — required to operate fund logic (e.g., auto-reinvest, cycle processing).
- Telemetry. Non-sensitive diagnostics (errors, device, timestamps) to improve reliability.
- Cookies / local storage. Session/security cookies and UI preferences you opt into.
3.We do not collect KYC
No government IDs, selfies, or proof-of-address are required. The product operates on-chain and uses wallet-based flows; therefore, KYC is not needed for normal use.
4.How we use data
- Authenticate users and secure access to the dashboard.
- Operate investment cycles, compute allocations, and process withdrawals.
- Send important notices (e.g., cycle closure, payouts).
- Analyze aggregated usage to improve performance and safety.
5.Legal basis
We process data to perform the contract (provide the Service), comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests (fraud prevention, product improvement). Where required, we request consent (e.g., marketing emails).
6.Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with trusted processors solely to operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email). We may disclose information when legally required.
7.Retention
Account and financial records are retained while your account is active and as required by applicable bookkeeping rules. Some records must be kept for compliance even after deletion requests.

We apply industry-standard controls. No system is perfectly secure—protect access to your devices and wallet credentials.
